you should check it out if you like things that are amazing and perfect and will make your life better by just existing
you should not check it out if you are some kind of soulless empty shell of a no i’m lying that is ESPECIALLY when you should check it out because then it can fill your emptiness with its joy and all will be well.

on the one hand i love these comparisons because yes please can we make all things about life on mars forever please

i like that sam is in colour and sherlock’s in grey because yes. sherlock’s is hearbreak, sam’s is joy. one is a leap and one is a fall.
life on mars gives me all of the emotions my feelings are leaking out of my eyeballs, i love sam tyler too much to keep all of those feels inside of me

the only reason i don’t drown all of you in talk about life on mars instead of sherlock is that:
- life on mars is finished and did not leave me on any gut-wrenching cliffhangers to devour my soul, but is instead a whole and perfect thing of beauty which needs nothing more said about it
- no one else seems to care enough so it hardly ever turns up on my dash
- there are not sufficient words to express my feelings for life on mars so every single post would just be pictures of sam and gene, with all of my comments running along the lines of “FWROEWLJKGDDFBNVXC.,J”
life on mars is so fucking good i cannot even start to tell you and won’t try. your life is a little bit less fulfilled if you haven’t seen it, and that is that.
